Do l need to pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. We chargefor shipping to Alaska, Hawaii. All return shipping is free.

 

Do l need to be home for the delivery?

We give you the option to select if you’d like to sign for your package at checkout. lfyou’ve selected that option, then FedEx will need your signature to successfully deliveryour package. Please note that FedEx will not let us remove the signature requirementonce the package is in transit.

If you would like for FedEx to just lease your package outside your door, simply leave thesignature requirement unchecked during check-out. With this option, Gardenshadow is no longerliable for any loss or damage to the package after delivery.

 

How do l start a return or exchange?

Once you’ve decided that you no longer want to keep your Gardenshadow product, we’re happyto help you find the best solution for you or just initiate the return.

The easiest way to start a return is to go our return center and fill out the return form. Youjust need to have your order number ready to start the RMA. You will be given a shippinglabel and drop the box off at any FedEx location. As long as the product is still in workingcondition, we’ll process a full refund once we received the items back at our warehouse.

How do l file a warranty claim?

Once you think that your Gardenshadow product is eligible for a warranty, we’re happy to helpyou find the best solution for you or just initiate the claim.

The fastest way to get started is to go to our return center and fill out a request for awarranty. To complete the claim, you will need your order number ready as well as a fewpictures of the product’s condition. Our team will then contact you by email with the bestsolution for your situation.

lf your claim gets approved, we will send out the replacement product immediately andprovide you with tracking information.
